The 4770 is the more powerful card of this selection. However, if you are purchasing at the $100 mark your best option is an ATI 4850--available on newegg for $99.

If you would like more detailed advice you should post your system specs-including power supply, as well as your monitor resolution.

Also-please limit your use of caps in the forum. :-)

They perform about the same in terms of gaming, the 4770 will consume less energy and run cooler due to its newer architecture.

Go for the 4850 paperfox suggested, it performs about 15% better than the 4770 or the 8800GTS and is cheaper than both.

Sapphire is a better brand and the shipping is less. That HD4770 i linked is a very nice deal as well. It's only about 5% weaker than the HD4850 and it is 40nm so it uses significantly less power.

Well the differences are what I said so decided for yourself. Both are good choices.
To make your decision even harder this card is significantly better than either if you can afford it;

Its also DX11, supports 3 monitors(one must have a display port input) and is very power efficient. If there will be gaming at 1680x1050 or above it's probably the best choice. Make sure to use the promocode so it is $130.

It looks like they jumped in and got good links for you.

You still didn't list your power supply though-- that is very important for your purchase. I think the $99 4850 is the best option, but if you end up having power limitations you might want a more efficient card..

4770 only 5 percent weaker than a 4850? wher'd you get those numbers?

id second the 4850 though. probably the best card for that budget/ a good alternate choice is the GTS250, though. but i think you have enough choices already :p

4850 offers superior perforamcen than the 4770 or 8800 GTS.

5770 is better than even the 4850.

If ure budget and Power Supply can accommodate it, the 5770 is well worth it.

However, what about the 5750...?
