The clock on my ibm keeps reverting back one hour. I have checked the time
zone, bios and have even tried adjusting just the minutes ahead 59and it
still reverts back one hour the next top of the hour. i have also tried
having Windows Time service running and disabled. I am at a loss. Any ideas?

I'm thinking the same thing. My cellular modem software defaults to
synching time with the company - when I cross into another time zone,
the time was automatically changing in Windows.
