Comcast Cable has changed most of the channel numbers at midnight this
morning (at least in Albuquerque, anyway), and now my Replay doesn't
have the correct channel numbers. I went into the setup menu and forced
my replay to call in for an update. It did not help. All the
channels are wrong (in their original assignments). Has this happened
to anyone before? Do anyone know when this might be fixed?
Thanks.

When this happened in my area, I had to go into Menu Setup and
reselect my provider.

That worked when they changed the lineup here. There were actually 4
selections for the cable here (Cox)

Cox
Cox (rebuild)
Cox digital
Cox digital (rebuild)

Where I could change it from 1 to 2. This would work only if a
suitable lineup was available. They haven't always had them ready.

Comecast does this all the time.. .. Personal opinion, they are messing
with you cause you had the gall to buy a replay instead of renting THEIR
excuese for a digital video mangler...ur.. recorder.

They do it all the time, It's a common complaint here, and not just
Comcast but other providers as well, (Both cable and satallite)

Your guide will update soon, meanwhile complain to comcast LOUDLY

Sometimes it takes a few days for Zap2It to get the new lineup, too. When
this happened in my area, I was advised to email Zap2It and let them know.
I never got a response, so I don't know if it helped or not. But it still
took a few days for the new lineup to be reflected in the RTV guide. It was
a pain, but we all survived it. :-)

Regards,

Margaret

Thanks everyone for the responses. I just forced a new download this
afternoon and it worked. My replay channel guide is now up to date.
