How to solve this error 'the backup file contains Unrecognized data'

Hello,

I created backup file (.bkf) of important files and photo through NTBackup tool in Windows XP. After some days, I try to restore Windows backup data (.bkf), but it throws an error message "The backup file contains unrecognized data and cannot be used".

Is there any solution to resolve this error issue?

Please help!!

Are you restoring it back to Windows XP with NT Backup?
