Root fat

I tried Installing win xp pro,the computer start with verfying dmi pool data
loading freedos
root fat
and it hangs there what do I do from here.

XP setup should not show anything from freedos, what exactly are you doing? Are you trying to installed a hacked XP disk? If you are, you need to get help with it from where you got it.
