How high do you think I can get a PII 1090 t on An MSI 970

board , board was 59.00 , don't think it's very good , but for experimenting overclocking the 1090 it will do . Going to be using least expensive equipment I can find , leftovers basically , 1090t cpu , MSI 970A G46 , 8 gb of gskill ripjaws 1600 , cheap 120gb ssd I picked up for 49.00 , an Ultra x-4 550 watt psu , Is the psu enough and an old Radimax case .
What OS should I run to get the most out of this experiment ? To get good cooling I'll have a vent sucking in cool air attached to the circular fan surround on the deepcool mc 3002gx , should keep it cool if it get to minus 20c outside .
With all that what do you think the limit is on the 1090 , I have had it running @ 3.9 24/7 for the last year , highest stable was 4.2 for 2 hours , but now just going for broke , don't care if the chip catches fire .
