Comparison: Athlon ii x3 435 vs unlocked 435 vs. genuine Phenom ii x4

I was able to unlock the extra core and 6MB L3 cache of my Athlon II x3 435 running at the default clock of 2.9Ghz. Is there any performance review of the following:

unlocked aii x3 435
genuine Pii x4
