First time overclocking, these setting look good?

Hey guys just wanted to get some critics on my first OC. Took me all night but I think I found a stable setting.

i5 3570k
ASRock Extreme4

2x8gbGB gskill 1600 10-10-10-30
Seasonic 650w

+0.004 turbo boost, +0.005 Offset, level 3 line load
31C at Idle, 40C-50C gaming, 70C with intelburntest

Looks good, as long as it is stable then do whatever works, you will never hit 70 C in most real world applications, but I would recommend a slightly more powerful cooler if you want to go further, and even to lower your temps a bit now. Otherwise, sick over clock!
