System wont up

Hello,
PSU is Ok,cpu fan is spinig, memry slot & memory is ok.But there is no post sound or Video.i need help as soon a possible.

Have you connected the case power button cable connector on the motherboard ? If not, however long and hard you press the power button on the case, nothing is gonna happen.

Other than this, check CPU 4/8-pin power connector and PSU cable leading to a wall power outlet.
