Hello,

Where can I get a driver for duplex printing on my HP Laserjet IV? The printer self test shows the duplexer. The printer has the duplexer option. My operating system is Windows XP. At present the duplex option does not show on the computer print properties.

Do you have the full HP driver installed?

I don't know. Computer at church. XP installed 3 to 5 years ago by someone else. Printer hooked up by me this week. I don't have the original XP disk, but have another one for my home computer.

Before you hooked up the printer, you did not first install the HP driver?

No, I do not have any HP disks with the printer. Windows "found new hardware" and installed the driver.

You need to disconnect the printer, remove the driver, download the full driver from HP, install the driver, and THEN when the driver says to connect the printer do it.
