Hi, I purchased a new system recently that stopped functioning after a few weeks, it was repaired and sent back to me and still wasn't functioning and after several "discussions", they agreed to replace the system. My "problem" is that they want the "old" system back before they ship the "new" system and I want to first access (copy) the data from the HDD (most likely to memory sticks) and then reformat the HDDs s0 that it is "clean" and would appreciate help as the best / easiest way to do this?
