What should I overclock my I5 2500k to I have a h80 and I don't want to feel the heat by my legs so is there a certain speed that is like 60c or less possibly? Well im just looking for a good speed that won't degrade my cpu too much. I want this to at least last a couple of years 3 or 4.

Well technically you shoudl get to 5GHz and it will last probably 10years... The best way is do it yourself as each CPU sample is different. Try 4.5GHz, run prime 95 for an hour and see what temps you reach.

4.5 Ghz is a good speed. Try for that. If you are feeling ambitious shoot for 5.0 Ghz.
