How to enable help and support

Hello, my internet has collapsed and I cannot get to the help and support to try to get some help and support, very grateful for any help.
 



Can you be a bit more specific about the collapse? How do you usually connect? If a MODEM or router, are they still showing lights, particularly the DSL light?
