Freeze/crash after hibernation -Acer 5515 laptop

hey guys. like that topic says, this is wat happens. i cannot recall how i solved it b4 and its frustrating now. Help will be greatly appreciated.

The system shuts off the power to mouse and keypad to save power? Check the power profile?
After adjusting the profile to keep the power enabled to mouse and keypad, instead of "power-saver" mode for mouse and keypad, it solved the problem on some systems.
On others, hibernation had to be disabled in the power profile (because for some reason) the units were not compatible with the hibernation mode. Could not be solved by any other method available.
