Hello, Just want opinions on which mobo would be best?

-Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H 890GX Socket AM3 HDMI DVI VGA Out 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard
-Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 880G Socket AM3 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard
-Asrock 890GM Pro3 Socket AM3 DVI VGA HDMI Out 8 Channel Audio MATX Motherboard

With: Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz XMS3 Memory Kit CL7(7-8-7-20) 1.65V
AMD PHENOM II x4 955 Black edition

Or other suggestions for around the £100 mark for a MOBO, also if anyone has any good suggestions on graphics cards for around £100.

Thanks Rob

My preference would be the ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 for CF, and ASUS M4N98TD EVO for SLI. The Black Edition Phenom II X 4 makes OC very easy, and 1600 MHz is a good RAM speed - just get the Dominator series Corsair.

GPU:
HD 5770 - CF route {ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3}
GTX 460 - SLI route {ASUS M4N98TD EVO}

You need to choose between ATI/CF{Crossfire} or nVidia/SLI; ATI is AMD and AMD MOBO will have better features with CF.

Hi roi3erto and welcome to Tom's forum.

1st some questions:

a- Do u want Crossfire/SLI in the future?
b- Are those the only options?
c- Do u check if that RAM is on the QVL of those mobos?

I'd go in this order:

1- ASUS
2- Gigabyte
3- ASRock

For GPU the 5750 fit in ur budget, but u can spend a little more for the 5770 or GTX 460 768MB.

^ about fell-off my rocker with the {QVL}/Certified + Tested blurb.

Yes, you absolutely do want to verify Tested & Certified RAM once you decide what MOBO you want to get. I only wish EVGA would produce an AM3 MOBO; maybe Bulldozer/haven't seen anything official.

EVGA is very good quality but if u take a look of the rigs here mostly work with ASUS, Gigabyte and MSI mobos only a few users has EVGA mobos that aren't enough for the EVGA forum section.
