Get a Barracuda Green or wait?

As I'm waiting for receive a couple items for my new desktop, I'm contemplating on whether I should get a 2tb Barracuda Green 5900 rpm. That sounds pretty slow, but its for storage as I have a 120gb Mushkin Enhanced Chronos coming. The 5900rpm is going for $120 which doesn't seem too bad but I know the price is a lot higher than it should be. Not sure how long I can improvise with my old laptop hdd for storage.

It is not a bad storage solution along with the SSD. I would go for it since the HDD prices are expected to stay high through this year.
