I want to purchase this laptop, but I have a problem; it comes with XP Home,
and I know that Toshiba P10 laptops have a reputation for being really
problematic if you want to upgrade to XP Pro. Has anyone recently upgraded a
P10 Toshiba to XP Pro and experienced NO problems? Also, would be useful to
hear from any users of the Toshiba P10-873.

I upgraded my P20 from XP Home to XP Pro with no problems at all. Upgrading
the Sony laptop however was a nightmare even following Sony's instructions!
The P20 is 17" screen but basically the same laptop.
