Flashing 890XA-UD3

So I have never flashed a bios before but have been having some trouble with the current f3 and want to flash it using a flash drive to the f5 bios. My question is, now that I have downloaded the .exe file, what do I put on my flash drive? The .exe or what is inside of it (I unzipped it into 3 files)?

Hi gonemtbiking123.

U need put all the files (3 files) int the boot drive, boot from that drive that the system do the rest. The .exe file doesn't works alone.
