DELL DEMNSION E521 USB MOUSE AND KEYBOARDN AND SCREEN NOT WORKING

HI I HAVE A DELL DEMNSION E521 AND TODAY I MY UNCLE MOVED MY COMPUTER WITHOUT DISCONNECTING THE WIRES. I THINK THE WIRES MUST OVER STREACHED AND GOT MESSED UP BUT NO MY SCREEN OR KEYBORAD OR MOUSE IS NOT WORKING. THERE USB SLOTS

Try reinstalling the wires on the usb ports. If it doesn't work, check the windows device manager in the control panel to see if any device drivers aren't working. Then reboot after re-connecting the devices and let windows try reinstalling the driver, or use the driver update feature if your lan is working and let windows search for a driver online.

Look at the left side of your keyboard. You see the [Caps Lock] key?
Turn it off. Then don't touch it.
