Yes you can use that graphics card in that PC. When you open the case to install it you will be able to see the PCIe slot (its the long one).

When upgrading graphics cards in OEMs you need to be wary of the PSU. OEMs use a low wattage PSU as they do not care about upgrades. I think that that GPU "should" be fine with the stock PSU, though it could end catastrophically.
