How do you use event viewer to watch for errors while overclocking?

I'm currently overclocking my CPU and i'd like to know where to watch inside of event viewer for errors related to overclocking to determine if my overclock is actually fully stable or not.

I am running prime95 right on on custom using 90% of my RAM.

To use prime as a stress test for stability... run it for 24 hours and leave your system alone. If you come back and there were no errors, WIN! If there's errors in prime workers then you have issues... Or if you crash; issues!
