Can i change security log settings on all domain computers from one computer

Is there any way I could change security log settings on all domain computers from one computer, rather than having to go to each computer and changing the settings? What is also the best way to prevent the security log from getting full and preventing users to log on?

Or you could push a registry change to all the systems to disable CrashOnAuditFail, though this will allow users to log in without recording security audits, so I don't recommend this.
