Hello, after downloading the latest D3 patch the other night I played for a while then shut down for the night. The next day when I tried to restart I started getting this nv4_disp error on a blue screen. I'd like to just reinstall the file. Anybody know eher i can download it?

It's part of the nvidia drivers. The file is probably there, try starting in Safe Mode and see. If you have an onboard card, remove the nvidia card, reboot. Then remove the drivers for the nVidia, re-install them.
