Combining two routers to one accesspoint

Hello friends,

I have two broadband dsl connections connected to two modems connected to two routers like in the picture below. I was wondering if it was possible to connect both routers to a wireless router that acts as a gateway and share the two connections among 4 computers.

I know one computer can only utilize one internet connection at a time so I know the bandwidth will not double but would traffic be sent along the second connection by the other computers if the first connection is bottle necked?

Thank you.

More about combining routers accesspoint
  1. I don't think your will to spend the money for the necessary equipment to make it work (and it would be cheaper just to get one faster link). Unless your wireless router can have two default gateways, it will only be able to access one at a time.
  2. You could use something like this.

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=network+load+balancer

I don't know anything about the company but so far the few reviews that are on Newegg are good. If you need wireless you could connect a wireless router/AP to this.
