caps lock stuck?

ok first do you have sound ?
look on the asus support download page
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguag...

select motherboard > socket lga1366>rampage II extreme

it wil ask what OS select win7 64bit

under sound you should find the latest soundriver for your board

and under utilities you will find "Sound Blaster X-Fi Utility V1.0(R19) for Windows XP 32/64bit & Vista 32/64bit & Windows7 32/64bit.(WHQL)" see if that combinatoin will work :D
