How to remove write protect sandisk pen drive

Sir , Im using San Disk 8gb Pen Drive , i cant Copy any File , delete any File or even Format my Pen Drive .. When i try to do this it showing
Pen Drive Write Protected please Remove it nu ... I tried it in all Possible way but now use .Can u Please help me for Removing Write Protection in my Pen Drive ..... If u have Solution Send it to my mail id (lionsarathy@yahoo.in) . Thanks in Advance

You can do two things, first of all scan the drive for viruses. Some viruses have been known to cause a drive to be write protected and can make it a pain to access your files. If that doesnt work you can format your stick by going in to "My Computer" finding the thumb drive, right clicking and clicking the format option. If it wont allow you to do that, I really dont know what to do.
