Gts250 shader clock issue. Please help soon.

Hi, i am having a problem with my graphic card. i was just chatting on facebook and out of no where, my windows aero went out. after about 2 minutes it came back. then i opened evga precision and riva tuner and saw an option missing that can adjust the shader clock (which used to be there before). then i ran call of duty 6 and it was running just fine and the temperatures were normal. i have tried restarting my computer but the persists. please tell what should i do in this case. (please note i have never overclocked my graphic card). thankyou.

my psu is cooler master 460W which seems more than enough to me

Should i consider upgrading the bios of my graphic card?

You want the 196.34's mate, they fixed the broken shader OC bar and were released a whole four days after the 196.21's.

W7 & Vista 64 and W7 & Vista 32 or XP

i installed v190.38 and everything is working great now. i'll get the 196.34 now. anyways thank you very much for your help
