Bios passworld for asus x5dc

Hello,
how do i get the factory settings back on my asus x5 dc as it asks for a password to enter bios

You need to clear the CMOS.
If this is a desktop-
Turn computer off, remove power cord, hit power button, open the computer, find the battery (looks like large clock battery), take it out, put it back in, restart.
