How to fix problem with lag in cod 4 single player

i have the problem....i play COD 4 Single Player and his laging,but when i look down he stop lag or when i look in sky he stop lag!!when i walk and look in enviroment hi lag like he as to go 30 fps\s !! im not tryning to fix that because i don't now how to fix! any idea???

What are your system specs? you might have your graphics up to high for it to process, but 30 fps isnt bad, as long as you dont stare at a smoke grenade

try lowering resolution or turning of anti aliasing

don't use he recommended specs thing it doesn't work right

Update your graphics driver, also is your system capable of running the game properly?
