6600 Geforce Video card

Now with the combo deals on newegg this comes to a total of $438.96 with 40 dollars in mail in rebates. Already have a case and a hard drive. Was wondering if this has a big bang for the buck and if all the components would work together. As of yet i have not found an issue with them.
