I have a Sceptre X9G Komodo II 19" monitor that has served me well for about 4 years. It was working fine 8 hours ago. I turned it off for the night, and when I tried turning it on this morning, the power light would light as I pushed the power button, but did not stay lit and the monitor did not turn on.
I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, but this only resulted in the power light not coming on at all when I push the power button.
My graphics card only has HDMI inputs, and I don't have any other HDMI-compatible monitors in the house so I kind of need this to work today.
Am I out of luck? Time to get a new monitor?
