Mugen 2 Rev. B and G.Skill Ripjaws. Will they fit?

I was wondering if the G.Skill Ripjaws would be able to fit under a Scythe Mugen 2 Rev. B, and if the Mugen 2 Rev. B would be able to fit in an Antec 300. The Antec 300 and a power supply are the only parts of my build I have now, but the Motherboard will be a Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P. I can post any other parts I plan on purchasing. If this thread isn't in the right section, then I'm sorry, and I would like it to be moved.

I have RipJaws X and a Mugen 2 on a Gigabyte P67A UD4 and it fits fine. It should fit in an Antec 300 easily as well.
