Need help overclocking 1045t

Hey guys
I want to overclock my cpu to atleast 3.0 ghz

My specs:
CPU: phenom ii x6 1045t 2.7ghz
Mobo: m4n68t
Ram: 8gb (dunno how to find its freq..)
I use CoolIt watercooling

P.s. I'm new at this!

A 300Mhz OC will not amount to much real world additional performance. Go for a max OC on that chip or just replace it with something better and more modern IMHO.
