Xfx 780i motherboard startup problems fans turning

Sinds a week my pc starts up no bios theonly thing i hear is the cpu fan blowing on ful speed. Some times when i disconnect the main power for 5 minutes and put it back on my pc is working normally. when it doesn,t startup my motherboard is saying ff. my pc was working for 2 years without a problem.
