Hey. Whene i delet partisions, and make new once and after that format every partion it dosnt seem like it acutally delets everything. I think something is still stuck. I thought id connect my disk to another pc and use some sort of program to do a total wipeout on all the sectors. And than put it back in my pc to install windows.

So anny one knows of such a program that i could use?
or could i do it trough Bios on command line or something, would that be a 100% wipe?

There are many best partition software have "Wipe" option, such as easeus partition master, paragon partition manager. You can have a try.
