I hope this is the right place for this. My house is heated through the floor so my floor can be pretty warm. Presently my computer case is on the desk but I'm looking into getting a bigger case and want a second monitor so I'll have to place the computer on the floor. Would the inch the computer is off the ground be enough for most of the heat of the floor to not enter the case? My computer is currently air-cooled.
thanks

It's still going to pull in warm air regardless. Ambient temperatures can always be a problem; but honestly I wouldn't worry about it too much as heated floors don't tend to put off "that" much heat.
