Excel windows on toolbar

Hello, I operate Office 2003. I have multiple excel files which now appear on the taskbar. Previously these would also appear in the window file above the toolbar,now they only appear on the teskbar.

My best guess as to what you mean is to right-click on the tolbar, select Properties, go to the Taskbar tab, and ckech "Group similar taskbar buttons." With that, no matter how many Excel files you have open, there will be one Excel button on the taskbar.

Is that what you needed?
