CPU and GPU overclocking

hi all, im looking to overclock my cpu and graphics card but i have no clue how to do it :S and i dont want to ruin my components :S

my components are:

processor: Pentium(R) Dual Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50Ghz 2.50Ghz

GPU: ATI Radeon 4890 HD

Motherboard: Gygabyte GA-EP45-DS3L



Please helpe, i really need to boost my pc up :S
