Weird overclock problem

hi,

i downloaded cpu z, core temp. and its saying i have a base clock of 4.0ghz,

now what i did was put the turbo ratio to 4ghz , so i dont understand why ill be getting a base clock at that speed (4ghz)

any explanations would be greatful =)

CPU-Z will just read what speed the processor is at "currently". So the processor must be sitting at 4Ghz for it to say that's the speed of the processor.
