It completely depends on the person, some people could care less about what it looks like but care more about performance/cooling/placement of drivers/placement of usbs etc. Go to newegg.com and companies that make cool looking cases are Antec, Thermaltake, Lian, Coolermaster etc. every company has atleast one cool looking case.
