System32 error

Hello,
i am tring to install an window to my dell laptop but i unable to install window xp or window7, window xp give system32 files missing and window7 when istall the fils completing 99% it give error msg of files missing how to fix it

are you using and actual disk for the operating system? are you using legal versions and not burned / pirated copies?
