Msi p45-c51 and kingmax 4gb ddr3 1333 mhz

msi p45-c51 can suport kingmax 2 x 4gb ddr3 1333 mhz?
I intend to use them in 3d programs like zbrush and maya.

NO, your MOBO will NOT support 4GB/DIMM memory. Therefore you will need to install 4 X 2GB DDR3 memory modules. For your use I only recommend using MOBO/MSI Certified DDR3; see link below.
