msi p45-c51 can suport kingmax 2 x 4gb ddr3 1333 mhz?

NO, your MOBO will NOT support 4GB/DIMM memory. Therefore you will need to install 4 X 2GB DDR3 memory modules. For your use I only recommend using MOBO/MSI Certified DDR3; see link below.
MSI Manual "Due to the chipset resource deployment, the system density will only be detected up to 7+GB (not full 8GB) when each DIMM is installed with a 2GB memory module."
