Budget: around $6-700 but no more than $800

Usage: gaming, internet, watching and downloading movies/music. maybe Maya 10 and c++ etc.etc

Parts that aren't required: Keyboard, mouse.

MOST PREFERRED WEBSITES:Mainly Newegg, Amazon, frozen cpu

I'll overclock slightly(just by .2 or .3 ghz)

If cheap sli or crossfire gpu is better than getting one good gpu than yes.

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333

230W PSU is a definite NO, that might not even support a low end IGP. There are also many other bits in there that wont work, the DDR3, AM3 board, and the PII 940(AM2+).

Swap the 940 for the 620 or 630, there isnt much of a difference between the PII performance and the Athlon II's performance so the savings are worth it when you are on a tight budget. Get atleast a 500W PSU like the EA500, or the Corsair 550VX. Swap the 500GB caviar blue drive out for a 500GB Samsung F3, its a lot faster. Drop the H50, you can get similar cooling performance from a decent air cooler like the Hyper 212+ for signicantly less.
