Will ati 4350 run on pcie 1.0 x4

will ati 4350 run on pcie 1.0 x4?
i've a genx 945gz mobo with pcie v1.1 x16 (size) lite
but i heard it only runs on x4 mode

It will run but Im not sure how much the x4 slot will bottlenceck the 4350. PCIE 1.0 x4 slot = PCIE 2.0 x2 and the 4350 is a very low powered card. What are you trying to do with this card? HTPC? Gaming? Just need something to run multiple monitors for 2D apps?
