I just bought a samsung p2450h and i cant seem to get 1080p.

I have a HDMI cable connected to my GPU (ATI 4870) using a DVI to HDMI converter.

When I go to menu on the screen and scroll down to info it says HDMI 1920x1080.

When i change the PC/AV mode setting on the screen to AV the text is very blurry but while it is in AV mode i check the information and it says HDMI 1920x1080p.

Why is it only when i'm in AV mode it shows that it is 1920x1080p?

When I am in PC mode it shows 1920x1080.

Does this mean my pc isn't set to full hd?

What is the difference between 1920x1080 and 1920x1080p?

Nothing... Your pc stays its 1920 pixels by 1080. Aka 1080p
If its really blurry make sure you put the hertz to 60, or 120 depending on what the tv's highest rating is.

I already did that.
Its on PC and it says in info 1920x1080.
When i set it to AV mod it says 1920x1080p.
When it is in AV mod the screen is a bit fuzzy and its hard to read text.
When its in pc mode i can see every thing clearly.
