Building new AMD System for friend.. need some help

So a friend of mine wants a new system built, and I need a little advice.

USAGE: Gaming-Minly jsut one game called FLight Simulator X. Web browsing, office documents.

Price Range- 600 MAX

Parts not needed- Monitor, mouse, keyboard

Time of purchase-ASAP

Additional Comments- He will be running 64 bit WIndows 7

I dont know much about AMD. I did some brief research about the system, but is this even possible for 600 dollars?

Sorry posted the message from a blackberry. No OS will be needed. Haver a copy of Windows 7-64 bit/

Here are a couple of options.

1) Non-X-fire but with USB 3 support
GIGABYTE GA-770TA-UD3 and AMD Athlon II X3 425 Rana 157

Total with option 1 is 604 after MIR or 624 w/o MIR

2) Supports Xfire and USB3
ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO and AMD Athlon II X3 425 Rana 177

Total with this option is 645 w/o MIR 635 with Mir

***Edit***If you dont plan on overclocking then you can save 20 bucks and not get the Hyper 212+
