Has anyone experienced any short system lockups using XP and the latest Soundblaster Audigy Driver for XP?
When I play a music CD with Windows Media Player my computer will momentarily freeze between music tracks.

ex. When a song ends and I am typing or moving the mouse my keyboard and mouse will not respond until the next track begins playing.

I did not have this problem when I was using the generic driver from the XP disk for my Audigy soundcard.

Hey they did fix the annoying bug that always reset the wave volume to 100% when you rebooted.
I had that problem using WinME and I contacted Creative about the problem and they told me they were working on an update for it. That's why when I installed XP I used the generic soundcard driver on the XP disk. Because I didn't want to deal with the volume bug.
Now I waited for the official XP driver from Creative so I could use the Audio HQ program. But it looks like they fixed one bug but created another. Bastards!!!
