Deleted user account, lost everything in My Documents

Hi!..My problem is that I deleted the user account and lost everything in my document, I have no backups and I cannot restore because I continue to get a message saying that nothing was changed at the selected restore point

Your documents are gone. A restore point only restores Windows files and installed software, not user information or documents.
