ASUS P8Z77-I fan question

I'm in the process of a build right now. I'm installing a Corsair H60 on an ASUS P8Z77-I, most people say to hook the radiator up to the PWR_FAN but the P8Z77-I manual doesn't show that it has one. It just shows that I have CHA_FAN and CPU_FAN. Which one should I hook it up to, and if I have the radiator and the fan for the H60 hooked up, does that mean I won't be able to have any other fans hooked up without a fan controller? I have a Bitfenix Prodigy with 3 fans as well as the H60 in it and haven't bought a fan controller yet. I'd like to at least have one intake and exhaust fan working without the need of a fan controller. Any help would be appreciated.
