Win xp has video trouble, what would you recomend

I have a referbished Dell win XP with a pent 4 in it and am having issues with watching videos

Make sure you have the latest video audio drivers After you do that is you still have an issue post the exact issue.

Post your full system specs, model # of PC, CPU, RAM, Video card type, OS version (SP1,2,3), did you do a clean setup of XP when you got it? If not, you should.
